Vendor Enlistment System is digitalized vendor management system in which vendor have individual profile and can update their legal documents as well as service that will be provided to the party. Organization have verifier, approver and admin profile through which organization maintain the vendors and services for the fiscal year.

The manual yearly process of maintaining vendors have been replaced by this digitalized system and about 95% to work load will be reduced by this system of administrative staff.
